Best time and place to buy a bunch of Handheld R36s Emulators for family members

Seems to be the budget device to get right now vs a SF2000 or GB300.

I can get them right now for $25 on aliexpress i am assuming the 11.11 sale on aliexpress is the cheapest way to get them. probally going to buy 6-10 of these things

I have heard folks say they go as low as $20 sometimes.
