Please help me find the episode(s)!

So recently I've been rewatching SVU and I have very vague memories of two different episodes that I saw a long time ago. I've been trying for a while now but I can't figure it out!!! Please help me = )

1- Olivia and another woman in law enforcement are at a criminal's house, searching for the victim. They find her underneath the bed, tied and gagged and conscious. The woman with Olivia is like "Hey I'll cut these off!" Then she whips out a knife right in front of the victim's face and the poor woman (victim) passes out.

2- This one is even more vague so please bare with me T_T Olivia and a man are possibly on a rooftop...or a landing pad?? Not sure but I know they're outside. Someone from far away shoots at them and almost hits Olivia. I think the guy was freaking out cuz he thought she got hit???

This one is strange because to this day I don't know if it happened or I imagined it lol

I'm pretty certain that both episodes were between seasons 1-12. Please and thank you!
