In Need of Al Pastor

My local al pastor joint committed the most evil of evils. . . They switched from the trombo trompo (silly me, thank you fellow Redditor) to ground beef with Al pastor seasoning.

I'm in the SDSU area, and I know r/SanDiegan is random with the love/hate on these posts, but I am truly trying to rekindle my love of my favorite Mexican dish!
