RSV Vaccine for mom or baby?

I am usually PRO-vaccine and simply follow my doctors recommendations but they have been mixed and are leaving it up to me. I’m 35w and need to decide by my next appointment if I am going to get the vaccine.

My concerns with getting the vaccine are 1)that it was only approved 1 year ago, and only one brand is approved for pregnancy(office confirmed this is what they use) 2) My doctor said a side effect is increased contractions which I have already been experiencing since 33/34 weeks

My concerns with not getting the vaccine are 1) baby may not be able to get it until 2m leaving them unprotected for Feb-Mar 2) the severity of what could potentially happen without the vaccine.

I suppose I’m just looking for some research based opinions as I try to decide. Thank you!!(I understand there likely isn’t a lot of long-term research because it is so new so anything to appease the bots is fine by me!)
