Has anyone found that having Covid while on semaglutide has messed up their weight loss progress?

I’ve been on the 2.4 dose of Wegovy since September and losing between 1/2 to 1 pound per week. Not fast, but steady. I got Covid the beginning of this month and immediately dropped three pounds. However, since I’ve recovered, I’ve been gaining a 1/2 pound each day. I’m only a 1/2 pound away from the weight I was on January 1. Any ideas what’s going on? Anyone else have this happen, and if so, did you eventually start losing again?
