Smoked after Septoplasty

Hey so I had a Septoplasty 4 weeks ago, and me being an idiot I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to smoke anything for a good month or so, and I smoked 6 days later, and every 3-4 days after that. Should I be concerned I botched my surgery, will this mess up the shape and healing or will it just slow down the healing for a long time. I did exhale out of my nose last week or so but just need advice ASAP.
