Union trilogies on a bataleon board?

I just got a Bataleon board with a 4/10 flex and was eyeing the Union trilogies. The only thing I’m iffy about is that the trilogies have a stiffness of 7/10. Will the difference in stiffness between the board and binding be an issue?

Alternatively, I was also eyeing the Union Legacies 2024 version. I’m just considering the trilogies since I found a good deal for it (40% off the 2023 version). TIA
