#1 goal and challenge

Hi all,

Just curious- what is the biggest goal you work towards/ want to achieve in your solar business?

Also, what do you feel is the biggest challenge that’s stops this?

Spoke to a few solar businesses in the UK and it seems like it’s either staff or pipeline for problem and growing the team for goals.

Any insight would be appreciated!
