Is this right?
My starter was made Wednesday evening, lived in my oven with only the light on over night and was bubbly with some growth by morning. I fed it in the morning cuz it was looking too dry, so about 12 hours after mixing it and marked the top. I also left it on my counter to avoid it drying out. This morning it has doubled and is quite bubbly and I've not fed it. My house is also absolutely freezing this morning (64F when I checked) and it's sitting on my quartz counter tops, so it's very much so cold. I'm sure it's not ready to cook with, but is this correct?
Do I discard and feed now, or wait until it falls down?
