Account deactivation

My account was deactivated, I haven't received an email or text saying why. I'm assuming it's because a package was delivered to the wrong address due to GPS not giving the proper address, the person would not accept the package because it wasnt for her house so I marked it delivered and then took it back to the store. Has this happened to anyone else?
