Support confirmed third party apps

I messaged support to ask if spark gives orders to uber drivers now too since it’s been so slow and the support person confirmed they are using “third parties” to fulfill orders. Well shouldn’t spark drivers get priority over third party drivers? Because I’m barely seeing orders come in… this has to be stopped
