Can 1.7 be the Onion Update?

One of the greatest vegetables, and only forageable green onions are in the game. As a lover of all things allium, this oversight in one of my favorite games makes me sad.

I would be so happy if we got any variety and a few onion recipes like onion soup and onion rings, but it’d be so funny and awesome if we got 4+ varieties and an unnecessary amount of onion-centric recipes.
