Drift Pls help

I have this heavly annoying Drift I had it on the normal joycons on why I got a wireless controller but i also got it woth the co troller now too...I have this Drift in EVERY game bysides Overwatch for some reason. I've cleaned and did everything I could and were able to find on the internet and I was hoping maybe someone here has an idea on what I could do, I got the switch like...I think 4 years ago second hand as a present The drift is shown on the video (I also have it that it drifts to the left not o ly downwards)
