Unknown DPO, 4-5 weeks pregnant HCG levels checked after

Soooo follow on from my other couple of posts… I had my HCG levels checked after an early scan yesterday (which showed just a sac) and they came back at 5,372. The highest I have ever had with a pregnancy. I’m having more bloods tomorrow to check they’re increasing by at least 60%, and I just wondered if this is a good number for around 4/5 weeks pregnant? My app is showing at 6 weeks 3 days but we’re not that far along as the scan doesn’t align. Just curious to hear anyone else’s stories!
