Thoughts on removing multiple large tattoos simultaneously?

As my title suggests, I have multiple tattoos I would like to start to remove. One is a medium sized thigh tattoo, one is fairly large on my ribs and another one on my back.

Would a tattoo removal work better if I spaced out the tattoo removals rather than doing them at the same time? Would this overload my immune system response?
