Required settings to setup D.Buybot and D.Raidbot in a telegram group?

Adding these bots to a telegram group and I managed to get the Buy bot setup with the emojis and a gif. I am working on the raid bot now but I am curious if these bots need the permission of adding new admins? I don't want anyone else to gain admin privilege's and messing with the group so is this required for these bots? What are the best recommended the settings?
