The lobby penalty system needs to be removed

I can’t be the only one thinking that the lobby penalty system is asinine. It makes no sense. You’re in a lobby. It would make more sense to penalize the individual who quits during a match. It’s just crazy like what if a lobby doesn’t find a certain amount of people so I have to sit there and wait 30 minutes For the lobby to get shut down without being penalized. How’s that fair?
