Why do some people immediately DC??

I was playing TCM the other day as hitchhiker and i got a match with a cook and a Nancy (both level 10s and not Xbox players so i assume they didn’t crash). Game starts and the starting animation barely finishes before both of them DC. Confused the hell out of me because what was the point? Unless I’m missing something and there’s crashes happening on other platforms too? Because i was under the impression it was only Xbox players who were crashing?
