Confusing airline pregnancy policy
Hello!
Anyone had any similar experience?
Thai Lionair states in it's website that "Pregnancy up to 28 weeks (inclusive): we will carry without a doctor’s certificate" (inclusive=on 28th and before).

My wife is now on 27w+1. She decided to call to the customer service to make sure and they insisted that already at 27 week a doctor's certificate is needed(fit to fly). We're going to fly in 3 days.
So if we cannot trust their policy, what can we trust? Similarly we have a flight back home on 32th week with Juneyao and they state no need anything on or before 32th.
