Mean girl at work!!

• Mean girl at work
• Says hello to you publicly; privately ignores you
• I will greet “good morning” and get nothing back (which I’ve since stopped doing!)
• Will look for situations to embarrass you
• Has her minions surrounding her (5+ people)
• Never works; talks ALL THE TIME
• Management have moved her downstairs (due to talking) she comes back upstairs and talks all day
• Will laugh loudly (in staff kitchen) to dominate environment and laugh louder (eye roll)
• She’s been in workspace for 10+ years
• Her ‘minions’ are a Band below her; therefore she exerts authority
• Minions sometimes ignore when she’s around
• Now she’s annoying me and I’m becoming passive: I do not like bullies/mean girls
• She’s VERY smart in how she does things: ignoring etc

Annoying!!
