My account got hacked

Like the title says, my account got hacked 3 days ago. I received a text and email saying my email address and phone number were deleted from my account. I can see the person changed my user and profile picture, also made the profile private.

I have since emailed tiktok multiple times and submitted requests through my other tiktok account. It only has 5k followers but I would really have to lose it. Any advice? I also have my tiktok id number
