Should I have a second FFS?

I scheduled a consultation with no idea if i’d even get approved but I’ve already had a hairline lowering + browlift and a slight brow bone shave. I’m looking for jaw work as well as a nose feminization just fixing the bridge not changing the shape and then a tracheal shave. Please don’t mind my roots i’m blonde and don’t mind the facial hair i’m currently growing it out for electrolysis.
