Steel bracelet for black bay 54 not available?

I bought the bb54 back in April 23 and iam loving it. Had the itch to also have the steel bracelet and ordered it back in March this year trough my local ad. Its still not here. One sa wanted to tell me that i cant order anything for my watch the first year, unless something breaks. But thats gotta be bs, right?
