What incentivises people to watch VODs?

I've been streaming for a while, but recently I've decided to start getting myself out there by uploading VODs.

I however don't have interest in watching VODs, can you guys give me a little insight into the appeal? I want to know what people appreciate so I can better improve the quality of what I publish.
