Supplements to increase memory/ concentration

Hi! Do you guys take any supplements such as omega -3 fatty acids? Have you actually seen some improvements?

I am doing physically whatever I can but if supplements could help even a bit wouldn't that be great?

Let me me know you experience. Kindly share the knowledge you have.

I usually eat almonds and walnuts and Brahmi/Gotu Kola. I started taking Ahwagandha Organic India tea in between. But I stopped as it had some side-effects on me.
