Want suggestions from community

My prelims revision is ongoing but Even if I clear my prelims this year , there's no chance of my selection due to lack of my optional preparation so I was thinking of shifting Delhi for answer writing cause I have tried but online answer writing , scanning and sending isn't my thing. I know many students have maintained discipline and honesty while giving online test but I can't keep track of my time.
So can you guys please suggest what's the right to shift ? I mean I was thinking after may there'll be more demand of rooms and all. so I should check about rooms now or after may or June ?
