Case approved but card is pending

Hi all,

I have a flight ticket for the end of October. My case was approved on 14th September but I haven’t received the card. It is not produced either. I lost my hope that it’ll be produced this week or next. So what are my options? What can I do now? Do I need to wait 90 days before I use quick tools inquiry?

Any advise would help!!
