Approved I-485 Green Card Through Marriage

Hi everyone. I’ve been waiting for this.

My green card application got approved today. I am assuming there’s no interview needed? The approval letter says “Spouse of a U.S Citizen - Conditional” Anyone knows what it means?

Also my I-485 got approved but the I-130 (Petition) is still under review. I just wonder if there’s going to be an issue with that.

What will be the next step for me?
