I-130 denied

Help guys, attended interview on Monday, just received a call from my attorney saying I-130 was denied cos we didn’t respond to a rfe. Myself and attorney confirmed no rfe was requested anytime, only my medicals was rfe which I did and sent and received confirmation too. Attorney said he’s going to their office tomorrow to clarify. Any ideas likely outcome/what to do??
