(Serious)My asshole hurts.

I'm gonna be straight up. I have had hemorrhoids for like a year and I've gone to medical about it and they told me to eat fiber and shit and it hasn't helped and I'm embarrassed to make another appointment. I probably need surgery on my ass because it seriously hurts to shit every day. I couldn't find much online from active duty guys I just need some encouragement from anyone brave enough to admit they have had butthole issues too. Thanks brothers.
