Valentine’s day call?

Hi everyone! My s/o is in bmt for airforce. I saw that some people got calls on holidays such as Christmas & Thanksgiving. Does anyone know if Valentine’s day qualifies for a holiday call? It’s obviously not a major holiday but I was just thinking about it. Valentine’s day falls on his 5th Week ! Let me know your thoughts or experiences:)
