Network connection failed

Hello everybody. I got some problems with network connection. After the booting, the disk suddenly starts running fast and connection fails. I tried sudo systemctl restart networkd.service but it didn't help. I run Ubuntu 18 on Lenovo.

Can anyone say what's the problem?
