Most Likely Starting Humira

I’m really scared. Just got back from the gastroenterologist and they said it’s looking like they want to start stronger stuff. I know it’s just superstition, but I feel like I’ll be one of the ones to develop lymphoma from Humira or some other biologic. Is there anyone who would be willing to share their experience(s) with biologics? I would really appreciate some insight moving forward.
