ULPT Request: stray cat drives us mad at night

He comes around at night to our house and starts harassing our (totally uninterested) female cat by making this hellish mad meoweweeewaaaaayyeeee screaming sound endlessly, waking everyone up several times during the night. To make him stop you gotta get out and chase him off. We’re exhausted! What can be done to make the bastard stop coming?
