Do they add more classes as the time approaches to enroll in the next semester?

I was looking through the classes that are being offered next semester to get a head start on planning my scheduling and noticed there were really few and not ideal times offered for some of the classes I’m taking. I was wondering if this was really the case and I should start planning around it or if over time they are going to open up and add more classes? Thanks for the help in advance.
