Insecure about my boyfriend's ex

I need to vent about something stupid. For some reason i did some instagram digging and found the account of my boyfriend's ex.

Up until this point i had no idea what she looked like, but now that i know i have been spiralling and obsessively comparing my appearance to hers.

What bugs me the most is that her face kind of looks similar to mine, you could say that we are the same "type" in a way, and idk it bothers me because it makes me think that he was originally attracted to me just because i look like his ex, and if he could he'd still be with her instead of me.
