Looking for input

So I recently just passed a year of being in the veterinary field as a vet assistant. I have done vaccinations, blood draws, been briefly trained in surgery a while back, but other than that have had no extensive emergency training. What should be expected of a vet assistant who has only been in the field for a year during emergencies? I feel like I’m not where I should be skill wise. Any input would be great!
