Can't win

I'm a Vlad main but everytime I pick him the games are over before I was even strong enough to fight, my teammates are just running it and before min 5 they're saying ff. I'm on a 9 loss streak now........ I was thinking about dropping him but even then I play like I play Vlad and just farm while my team is dying on top and bot. This is gold 2 btw do you guys experience the same thing?
