Is this a vocaloid?

Hi Iam new to the vocaloid fandom so I don’t know anyone beside the popular vocaloids are these vocaloids as well? I bought them at a garage sale way back they came with Miku and ren charms so I bought them but I can’t figure out who these are! Are they even vocaloids or just another fandom?
