Sister of parvos kill, bugged?

I have killed the same sister on her ship after the rail jack stuff 3 times now but the second I execute her it teleports me out of the ship and says I failed the mission.

I thought it might be my rail jack's health. but it was full so I'm a bit stumped any ideas?
