Morning stomach pains?

I have been on wegovy for 8ish months. I am currently on a maintenance dose of 1.7mg. Down 45 pounds. I have a weird symptom and want to see if anybody else has ever experienced this. Sometimes early in the morning (6 or 7am) I will be awoken with stomach pains that feel like intense hunger pains. It’ll last a few minutes and then I get through it and it’s over for the rest of the day. Sometimes for a few mins I’ll feel like I’m going to throw up (I never have though) It’s only early mornings when I’m still waking up/asleep! Anybody else experience this??? Am I just hungry? I eat plenty of calories, 1600-1800 per day and I stop eating around 7pm.
