How can you lose weight with a recommend 2,000 calorie diet.
I know this is probably been asked somewhere but I’m new to this weight loss thing. I’m a male, 6’ and hovering 255. Wanting to get to 225. All I’ve read is eating 2000 calories or less and being in a calorie deficit to lose weight. I guess my question is how can you eat that many calories and burn more than that. I try to walk a mile/ mile and half every morning and probably a mile or so throughout my work day. Even so that’s probably burning 4-500 calories. So how is it done, I don’t have time to be at the gym constantly to burn more than 2000 calories. Is there some secret that I’m missing, or do you need to starve yourself I’m just at a loss at this point 🥲
