I want to buy leads from a company

I am not interested in generating my own leads from public lists anymore or a VA. I have money to invest now and I'd like to use a company where I can pay per lead, subsription based, whatever for warm leads. Recommendations on companies who offer pay per lead and have a respectable refund policy if it's not a good lead after all??
