Partitions Not Merging. Want To Extend C Drive Which Hosts the OS.

The two drives belong to the same physical SSD. The D drive contained no data so I just removed it as suggested in the tutorials. I want to extend C because it is running out of space and I need to create some new docker containers. As seen in the image, the 281Gb besides C Drive is unallocated.
