Real Estate Agents

Long story short, the Manitoba Real Estate Board found the Winnipeg Real Estate Agent we used to purchase a house in Winnipeg was in breach of the Realtor Code of Ethics.

This situation has caused me/my family a great deal of distress; we were traumatized from our experience and wonder how we will ever sell this house.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do next? Should we speak with a lawyer? Should we go to the media to make this situation known? We do not want this to happen to anyone else; we are not sure what types of “disciplinary” actions may have been made but this individual is still a Real Estate Agent in Winnipeg; if we name this person, can they sue us?
