this is so embarrassing pls help

hiiiii um i'm 13 and i've had irregular periods (if that matters) i had one, it was gone for a year, then had one that lasted a month. that was my last period but like a minute ago i stood up and i genuinely thought i either pissed myself or started a super heavy flow. i looked and there was diabolical amounts of discharge like it was crazy 😭 milky white in color i don't know what happened should i be scared
