Gynecologist

So basically I started seeing this new primary doctor and she said “it’s time” to see a gynecologist. Idk what she meant by that other than I assume she doesn’t do Pap smears/exams in her office. I’m 30 and have never been pregnant and don’t plan to be in the near future, I also am not due this year for a Pap smear so i guess my question is should I be finding a gynecologist right now and making an appt but what would I be asking to be seen for? I’ve always just done Pap smears at my prior primary care office. I feel dumb for not knowing what I might be missing here? Like do I need a non Pap smear exam? Should I ask for some testing to be done? I do actually worry about my ph levels at the moment, I have been feeling a little off this week but I also don’t know if I’m just being hyper sensitive because of the thought of making an appt.
