How's this for back day?

  • Assisted Pull-Ups(until I can do normal ones) - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
  • Smith Machine Barbell Rows - 4 sets of 6-8 reps
  • Mag grip Lat Pulldowns - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Face Pulls - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Lat Pullovers (Cable or Dumbbell) - 3 sets of 10-12 reps

I only do face pulls for posture, and do shrugs and RDLs on separate days (not sure if they target the back effectively or not).
