Scorpion Naval EF.

The oldies here remember the annoying missile cruiser spam in normal conquest 1980.

Ports are now no longer required to end conquests, but... there are no Scorpion naval EFs yet.

I wanna hear this community's wildest ideas on what skills and stats it may have!
