You're Misunderstanding 50/50

Mihoyo is more generous than I think people realize. The rate is actually 50+50 which = 100%. 100% chance to get off banner then 100% chance to get the limited character. I was ignorant in thinking I'd get Evelyn because I misunderstood basic math. I'm not unlucky I'm just ignorant. I apologize Mihoyo for ever doubting your benevolent rates.
